About Us
Community for Life	Social Circle	This is a friendship group of older men & women who get together every Thursday from 11 am - 1 pm to enjoy lunch. We have entertainers and presentations throughout the year. Join us - everyone is welcome. Must secure own transportation to various restaurants. 1st Thurs of the Month - SEESA Cafeteria 2nd Thurs of the month - Bonnie Doon Mall Food Court 3rd Thurs of the month - Moravian Church 4th Thurs of the month - Zellers restaurant Bonnie Doon If there is a 5th Thurs - Capilano Mall

Outreach	Relationships With Adult Children	This is a support group for older adults facing challenges with their adult children and wanting to make changes. Offered through a partnership with the City of Edmonton and other community partners this drop-in group meets the first and thrird Tuesday of every month. Call 780-496-4777 for meeting details.
Volunteers
Cafeteria	Walking With Widows & Widowers	A support Group for bereaved spouses. Both men and women are welcome to this open group. It is ongoing and designed to support participants through the greiving process. It provides an opportunity to share thoughts, experiences, fears and tears and also to celebrate the good times as well. You don't have to walk this walk alone. Walking with Widows meets the second Monday of every month in the SEESA Library (excluding July & August and statutory holidays).
